Hosted by HSWT in Germany, this module emphasizes practical solutions in food processing and packaging. Participants identified and addressed challenges specific to their countries, practicing innovative technologies to enhance production efficiency. Aimed at closing knowledge gaps, the training fostered collaboration among cooperatives, universities, and industry partners. Each participating country was tasked with developing at least two new processes or adaptations, contributing to a more diverse and competitive product portfolio.
